Starting February 2024, Gmail and Yahoo require those sending a larger volume of emails (5000 or more) daily to sign their emails with DKIM keys.
The signing of emails with DKIM keys is done on the server side, so there is no need to change settings in email programs such as Outlook, Thunderbird, webmail, or emails received on mobile phones.
However, adding DKIM keys to DNS is required for all domains sending emails and intending to be signed with DKIM keys.
Creamarketing is gradually adding DKIM keys for all customers hosting their DNS with Creamarketing.
For customers hosting their DNS with a provider other than Creamarketing, Creamarketing can generate keys for you to add to your DNS provider.
Please send information to admin@creamarketing.com with contact details for which email addresses we should send the DKIM keys to. Also, specify the applicable domains.
If you are uncertain about this process, please contact your IT support first.
You can check your DNS hosting by visiting the following address and entering your domain name:

If you receive any of the following responses, there is no need for action; Creamarketing will gradually add DKIM keys for your domains.
